    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Hardware Maintenance Sales
      • Customer Requirement Study/ Review - Determine Service Requirements included but not limited to Capacity, Pricing, Costing & revenue, Resources capability, Scoping, Service level.
      • Lead all strategy and account planning for must win and proactive opportunities.
      • Determine Business Requirements by obtaining advisory from ITSS and analysis of asset, sparing/loaner strategy, support strategy, resources distribution, skills & technology requirements.
      • Provide pricing on hardware maintenance (including warranty upgrades, engineering , MECS-Link & service desk services) to Account Manager.
      • Initial Subcontractor / B2B vendors Liaison (price protection & agreement).
      • Understanding Subcontractor / B2B vendors Scope Of Work, review & propose 3rd party providers deliverables.
      • Propose Subcontractor / B2B vendors to Account Manager.
      • Proposal/ Contract Presentation (MA portion).
      • Keeping customer up-to-date on new offerings and pro-actively identify business opportunities for up-selling of existing contracts.
      • Follow up all up-selling opportunities with necessary actions right through final decisions.
      • Manage and provide update for company delivery forecast.
      • Attend Technical Review Meetings (TRM), Commercial Review Meeting (CRM), Commercial.
    • Contract Retention Initiation & Closure
      • Initiating timely monitoring of contract’s expiration to pro-actively contact customers for renewal.
      • Fronting customers to follow up renewal/ termination, scoping, costing and changes of deliverables. (Work with AMs when needed and Consult SDMs on operations deliverables and resources).
      • Facilitate Sales & Retention Support Admin in Contract Preparation.

    Requirements

    • Minimum Diploma/Degree/Professional Degree or equivalent in IT/Computer Science.
    • At least 2-4 years of experience in IT Sales/Business Development.
    • Sound knowledge in IT products and have proven impressive sales track record.
    • Good experience in the business environment as well as service requirements and its culture.
    • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment as well as the ability to multi-task when needed.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Responsible for the network software, hardware and network infrastructure.
    • Responsible for network installation, configuration, testing, commissioning and maintenance activities for switches, routers, UTP, fiber, LAN, WAN, wireless, data lines such as leased line, ISDN and Streamyx, DHCP, network monitoring system and routing.
    • Responsible for security management such as firewall, packetshaper, load balancer, DNS & SMTP gateway, proxy system and the yearly security assessment.
    • Responsible for the phone infrastructure troubleshooting such as Cisco Call manager, Deltapath voicemail, billing system VOIP, telephone set and reporting.
    • Work with internal technical team to resolve any network & telecommunication problems.
    • Document network & telecommunication problems and resolutions for future reference.
    • Report Analysis on network & telecommunication security, including firewalls, system log, etc.
    • Analyze utilization patterns and their effect on operation/system availability and performance expectations.

    Requirements
