Menara Mesiniaga is a landmark building at Jalan SS16/1, Subang Jaya that has earned the admiration of design experts worldwide. It stands tall as a symbol of the company's entrepreneurial drive and innovative spirit.

Construction of the building began in early June 1989 and it was completed in August 1992. The building design is by Dr. Kenneth Yeang, a well-known and established architect in Malaysia. The construction work was undertaken by the Siah Brothers.

The objective of the building is to create a conducive and productive working environment for its employees. The design also allows for recreational activities to be conducted within its premises. This 14.5 storey building is built on 12,385.69 m2 of land and all its floors are occupied for Mesiniaga's business purpose. There are 145 parking bays within its premises.

Menara Mesiniaga is a bioclimatic oriented building. The design incorporates passive energy features such as solar shading and optimum positioning of service cores. It maximises natural lighting and ventilation, therefore reducing energy consumption. This minimises the buildings' impact on the environment. The most notable design of the building is its vertical landscaping. It has a spiralling sky garden that twists up the building and provides shade and visual contrast to the steel and aluminium surface.

The building is equipped with facilities for the convenience of its employees. It has a roof-top swimming pool as well as a recreational centre and cafeteria located at the highest floor. The mezzanine floor can be used for dining and events. Facilities for business purposes include more than 10 meeting rooms, a conference room, a fully equipped auditorium, classrooms, product demonstration room and exhibition area.

The building has won numerous local and international awards, the most prestigious being the Aga Khan Award for Architecture in 1995. Others include the Royal Australian Institute of Architecture (RAIA) International Architecture Award, the Third Arcasia (Architects Regional Council of Asia) Award for Architecture for Public Amenity Buildings in 1996, PAM Architectural Award for Excellence Design for Commercial Building (Malaysia) in 1993, and a citation by AIA (American Institute of Architecture) for Advanced Technology Facilities Design.
